With XAI, you can send both personal and commercial lines forms to your customers, gathering the necessary data effortlessly. Signing Up for XAI
Getting started with XAI is straightforward:
Open the XAI Chrome Extension: Click on the extension icon in your Chrome browser.
Create an Account: Select "Create an Account" on the main screen of the extension.
Fill Out the Signup Form: Provide your details, including name, company name, email, password, and the lines of insurance you handle.
Complete the Process: After submitting the form, the extension will automatically close the pop-up and open the main interface of XAI.
Using the Extension
Maximizing the benefits of XAI involves a few simple steps:
Send Forms to Customers: Initiate the process by sending out forms to your customers. These forms can be for various insurance products such as Auto, Home, Bundle, etc. If you require a form for a specific line of business not listed, contact our support team.
Monitor Incoming Leads: Once forms are submitted, you'll receive notifications via email and directly on the XAI extension icon, indicating new leads.
Choose Your System: Select the system (rater, AMS, carrier, etc.) into which you want to integrate the data. If your system isn't listed, let us know.
Auto-Fill Forms: Log into your chosen system and start a new form. Open the XAI extension and click "Fill Page" for the client's data you wish to use. The extension will automatically populate the fields on the form.
