Elevate Your Agency's Efficiency with XILO's New Multi-Pipeline CRM

We are thrilled to introduce the Multi-pipeline CRM feature in XILO, designed to enhance the versatility and efficiency of your agency's client management system. Traditionally, XILO's CRM supported a single pipeline, limiting its use to either New Business or Renewals, but not both simultaneously. Now, with the addition of multiple pipelines, you can expand your agency's capabilities to include Cross-selling, Renewal, Referral Partner pipelines, and more.

Key Features:

  1. Import Clients into Your CRM: Easily upload lists of clients for targeted cross-selling. For example, import a list of clients with Home policies and use workflows to offer them Auto insurance.

  2. Workflow Automation on Stage Change: Set up workflows that automatically trigger or stop based on lifecycle stage changes. This feature allows you to tailor your approach, such as activating specific cross-selling strategies when a client reaches the 'Sold' stage.

How to Activate the Multi-Pipeline CRM Feature:

Note: This feature is currently in beta, so please be aware of potential refinements in the future.

Step 1: Access System Admin Settings

  • Note: Access might be restricted to your customer success representative. Please contact them if needed.

Step 2: Enable Feature Flags

  • Activate Crmmultiplepipelines and Crmcrossselldashboard feature flags for both admin and agents.

Step 3: Create a New Pipeline

  • Navigate to Pipeline Settings.

  • Add a new Cross-Sell pipeline.

  • Important: Do not edit the stages as this relates to a different feature.

Step 4: Customize Lifecycle Stages

  • Go to Tracking.

  • Add all the desired Lifecycle stages for your new pipeline.

Step 5: Explore Your Enhanced CRM

  • Visit your CRM dashboard.

  • Observe the addition of multiple pipelines.

  • To move a client to a new pipeline, simply edit their stage and select a Lifecycle stage in the new pipeline.

Embrace the Power of Flexibility

With the Multi-pipeline CRM feature, your agency can now manage multiple aspects of client engagement more effectively, from initial contact to renewal. This tool is designed to adapt to your specific business needs, offering a streamlined approach to client management and cross-selling strategies.
