New Feature Alert: Seamlessly Integrate Canopy Connect Links into Workflow Automation Campaigns

We're excited to announce a new feature that enhances your sales process by integrating Canopy Connect links into our Workflow Automation Campaigns. Canopy Connect offers comprehensive data enrichment for personal and commercial lines clients. This integration enables agents to automate data collection effectively, ensuring smoother client interactions and faster deal closures.

Quick Onboarding Steps:

  1. Add Canopy Connect Links:

    • Navigate to the Team Settings page.

    • Enter the Canopy Connect links specific to each agent.

  2. Incorporate the Canopy Connect Link in Campaign Messaging:

    • Utilize the tag {{agent.canopyConnectLink}} within your workflow campaign messages.

    • This tag automatically populates the agent’s unique Canopy Connect link in communications.

  3. Ensure Correct Lead Assignment:

    • Confirm that the lead is assigned to the relevant agent before triggering the campaign.

    • This step ensures that the correct Canopy Connect link is sent to the lead.

Note:

It's important to note that we do not formally integrate with Canopy Connect yet. This has been on our roadmap but the data collected will not sync into XILO yet.

The Outcome:

Once these steps are completed, clients will receive personalized texts and emails containing the Canopy Connect link. This process is triggered based on your predefined workflow settings, offering a tailored and efficient experience for both agents and clients.
