In this article, we'll explore the details of the new Zap integration we've developed at XILO. This integration aims to enhance workflow efficiency by automating several key processes. Let’s dive into the functionalities:

XILO Zap Triggers

New Submission

This trigger activates when a new form submission is created. It allows you to leverage all data collected in the submission, including details about the submission, the assigned agent, and any additional metadata.

New Changed Lifecycle

Triggered when there's a change in a Client's status within XILO's CRM, this function utilizes all data related to the client and the assigned agent. However, it does not include submission details.

New Agent Assigned

This occurs when a Client is assigned to an agent in the CRM. The trigger uses all data collected on both the agent and the client but excludes the submission details.

XILO Zap Actions

Create Client

This action facilitates the creation of a new client in the XILO system. Notably, it doesn't provide the ability to create a submission.

Change Lifecycle

This feature allows for the modification of a Client's status on XILO's CRM, enhancing management capabilities.

Coming Soon

Create Submission

We're excited to announce a soon-to-be-released functionality: Create Submission. This feature will enable the creation of a submission and/or a Client. It will also include an option to trigger automatic integrations.
