Creating a QR Code

Create a QR code to access your XILO Forms.

  1. First, select the "Forms" tab from the left-hand navigation.

  2. Next locate the form you would like to create a QR code for and click the "Copy Link" button (as shown below).

3. Go to a QR Code creator, we recommend QR Code Monkey where you can easily customize the code to your own branding, however there are many other free QR code creators that you can use!

4. Add your copied form link to the box labeled “Your URL”.

5. Choose colors or add a logo from the section below:

6. Select “Create QR Code”

7. Select the "Download PNG" button.

You can now add this image to your business cards, website, or advertising and when prospects use their photo app to scan the QR code, it will prompt them to go directly to a blank form.
