XILO integrates client data directly into Turbo Rater. In order to get this up and running, you have to do the following:

  1. Email ITC_APISupport@Zywave.com the Turbo Rater Email Activation Template

  2. Wait for a response on the Account Number

  3. Once received, go to the agency's dashboard

  4. Go to Settings > API

  5. Activate Turbo Rater

  6. Click the Settings Icon on Turbo Rater

  7. Enter in the Account Number

  8. Select all forms to activate

  9. Click Save

  10. Test the forms and request the agency to check if its working. Please note that when testing a lead you must make sure the address is within your agency's rating state.

It is also important to know that if any point an agent changes their Turbo Rater account password, this activation process must be completed again. The Turbo Rater Support Team needs to update this activation with the new account password.
