How to export prospect data as a PDF from XILO

XILO allows agents to export any client data collected on the XILO System to a PDF. Once exported, this allows agents to view and reference client information without being logged into XILO.

Here's how to export client data as a PDF:

  1. Login to your XILO Platform

  2. Locate the client from the prospect table you would like to export form XILO

  3. In the Table View, click the Export Icon, then select "PDF"

  4. In the Kanban View, click the 3 dots icon at the top right corner of the prospect card, mouse over "Export", then click "PDF Download"

  5. This will export a PDF of that prospect information into your download folder on your computer.

  6. Save and use for reference as you please
