Here is how it is done.
You must login in on the "User Dashboard" to add an agent to your XILO account.
Once logged in, use the navigation menu and click on the "Team" icon.
There will be two options that will be listed when you click on the "Team" Icon: Admins and Agents
Locate and click on "Agents" then click the plus sign at the bottom of the list of agents.
Fill in the information for the agent and click save! Your agent has been added
