A lifecycle is the journey a lead goes through once it comes into your XILO Platform. Lifecycles are great for tracking where leads are in your quoting process and help keep your agency organized. XILO uses three default lifecycles, "New Client", "Quoted", and "Sold", however, you can customize your lifecycles to fit the needs of your quoting process. 1. When you log into your XILO dashboard, you are going to arrive at the "Prospect page".

  2. Select a lifecycle option on the top of the prospects page to filter your leads, so only leads in that part of the life cycle appear on your prospect table.
