A lifecycle is the journey a lead goes through once it comes into your XILO Platform. Lifecycles are great for tracking where leads are in your quoting process and help keep your agency organized. XILO uses three default lifecycles, "New Client", "Quoted", and "Sold", however, you can customize your lifecycles to fit the needs of your quoting process. Let's show you how lifecycles on XILO work!

Filtering Lifecycles

  1. When you log into your XILO dashboard, you are going to arrive at the "Prospect page".

  2. Select a lifecycle option on the top of the prospects page to filter your leads, so only leads in that part of the life cycle appear on your prospect table.

Adding a Lifecycle

You can add new lifecycles or edit the default lifecycles to match your agency's tracking process. Here is how it is done.

  1. When you arrive at the prospect page, go to the navigation bar menu on the left side of the screen and click the "Tracking" icon.
