Applied Epic SDK Integration Functionality

Authentication

  • To activate the integration, you need to set up the Applied Epic SDK with Applied Epic.

  • Applied Epic will provide the necessary credentials, including:

    • AuthenticationKey

    • DatabaseName

    • HostName

  • These credentials are required to establish a secure connection between XILO and the Applied Epic SDK.

Key Integration Functionalities

  • Pull Clients from Applied Epic:

    • XILO retrieves client data from Applied Epic, which is automatically loaded into a XILO Intake Form.

  • Pull Policies from Applied Epic:

    • XILO fetches policy data from Applied Epic, populating the information within a XILO Intake Form.

  • Pull Risk Data from Applied Epic Policies:

    • XILO allows you to pull specific risk data for any policy in Applied Epic after fetching both the clients and policies.

    • This works across all business lines and is loaded into the XILO Intake Form.

  • Create or Update Activities in Applied Epic:

    • XILO can create or update activities tied to a client in Applied Epic.

    • These activities are triggered by any XILO Workflow event.

  • Create or Update Opportunities in Applied Epic:

    • XILO enables you to create or update opportunities for clients in Applied Epic.

    • This feature can be automated via any Workflow event within XILO.

  • Create Attachments in Applied Epic:

    • XILO can automatically attach documents to a client in Applied Epic.

    • This feature can be triggered by any event within XILO Workflows.
